Abstract

The article deals with the features of the notion of the socio-psychological climate, the urgency of the task of improving the social and psychological climate of the internal affairs staff and the prospects for the degree of its importance growth among other socio-psychological problems of the team. It is shown how the socio-psychological climate is able to influence the build-up, disclosure and use of reserves to improve performance.
