Abstract

Піддано аналізу сучасний стан застосування консервативного й оперативного методів лікування діафізарних переломів. Розглянуто роль репозиції, оперативних і консервативних методів лікування діафізарних переломів, виділені фактори впливу на зрощення кісткових фрагментів.

Introduction

At the present stage in traumatology most common in patients with diaphyseal fractures (DF) is operative method [2]. The use of more modern means of conservative and operative fixation of fragments in the DF does not always give the opportunity to avoid a negative outcome.
