Abstract
The article studies the methodology for planning and justifying the expenditure of funds for conducting training and gathering events, substantiating the skills for planning training and gathering events, taking into account economic indicators, designed to assess in constant prices the financial costs associated with the implementation of military-economic preparations for conducting military collections that allow the rational use of funds in peacetime and will manifest themselves in a combat situation.
