Abstract
The article participant of anti-terror operation as concept category is analysed in the article, in particular certainly term “terror”, “terrorist”, as derivative concepts. Certain direction, forms, methods of social work, with the participants of anti-terror operation and members of their families are described. Social work assignments are one of forms of the rapid reacting on crisis situations, by the instrument of introduction of social policy. The table of contents of social work assignments is a grant of help persons, by diagnosticating of their problems, prognostication, mediation, informatively advisory, social and psychological support which stimulates activity own forces of clients. Basic social work assignments are with the participants of anti-terror operation and members of their families: advising is psychological accompaniment of family members of which are in the area of battle actions; exposure of persons of “risk group”, in particular from the category of families of participants of anti-terror operation; work with the children of participants of anti-terror operation; psychological support of families of participants of battle actions; social and legal help; redirecting in the organs of state power, volunteer groups, public organizations; forming of knowledges about a socio-political situation in Ukraine and changes in a legal legislation in relation to this category of family.In the context of new calls which appeared before a country, offered stages socially – psychological accompaniment: diagnostically – analytical, active, control – analytical. During realization of social work with the participants of anti-terror operation and members of their families the individual, group forms of work are offered, in particular creation of advisory points, psychological cabinets, advisory and mobile services. Recommended informatively are explanatory conversations in the public-call mode, telephones of trust, and also effective will be the uses of treningovoy and consultation work with such category of persons.
