Abstract

To date, unlike the main railways, there is no scientific justification for the norms of permissible vertical and horizontal unevenness of industrial railroad roads where traffic safety is ensured. This is especially true for industrial railway transport metallurgical enterprises that transport particularly dangerous goods (molten metal, slag, hot metal ingots). To solve this problem, mathematical models have been developed using the provisions of reliability theory, which take into account the stability of crews, fatigue strength of rails, rigidity and equivalent coefficients of rail support dissipation. Mathematical models were implemented in the Mathcad software environment. Based on the research by numerical methods, the permissible speeds of movement by irregularities of the plan and profile with different amplitudes under different operating conditions of the ways of metallurgical and mining enterprises are established. The results obtained will make it possible to provide the necessary level of traffic safety in the specific conditions of unlisted railways for the operation of special and specialized rolling stock.
