The article examines the issue of modern trends in the formation of professional competence of students of higher education institutions. The definition of the concept of professional competence is analyzed based on various definitions and the own vision of this concept is formulated as: a set of knowledge, skills, abilities and qualities that are necessary for the successful performance of a certain professional activity. It was determined that the most significant trends in the formation of professional competence in the educational space of higher education institutions include: active use of information and digital technologies; practice-oriented educational programs; interdisciplinarity and flexibility; development of soft skills; participation in research activities. It is noted that modern trends in the formation of professional competence are also associated with active interaction between educational institutions and employers. This approach makes it possible to take into account the needs of the labor market and train specialists who meet modern requirements. The leading experience of the higher education system of the People’s Republic of China in the formation of the professional competence of students was studied. The main trends of the above-mentioned issue in the education system of the People’s Republic of China include: Internet education programs; use of modern technologies in education; interactive learning methods; internship programs; in-depth study of foreign languages; international mobility; development of soft skills. It was established that the formation of students’ professional competence is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a comprehensive approach and constant improvement of existing methods and approaches.

The subject of the article is the formation of professional competencies in the field of information security. Object of the article: training of specialists, ensuring the formation of professional competencies in the field of information security. The purpose of the study is to identify the level of formation of professional competencies in the field of information security among students in the process of their preparation. The methodology of the work is to substantiate and actualize the problem of information security of future specialists in the online space. Research of the process of formation of competences in the field of information security as a component of professional competence in the conditions of inclusive education, as well as identification of the stage-by-stage level of their formation. opportunities for health and people with disabilities; determining the conditions for increasing motivation, developing skills to assess, analyze, effectively organize their own activities in the field of information security in vocational training; development of criteria and identification of the levels of formation of professional competencies in the field of information security among students in the process of their education. The field of application of the results is the training of future specialists, aimed at the formation of professional competencies in the field of information security in the process of educational activities. Conclusion: the formation of the ability / readiness to live safely when performing future work functions in the specialty acquires special significance in the training of future specialists with disabilities. The implementation of the experimental methodology testifies to a steady growth in the rate of mastering by students of professional competencies in the field of information security.

Problem setting. Structural reforms in the healthcare system, medical institutions autonomization and radical change in their financing model, necessitate continuous improvement of methodological and organizational approaches to the training of modern specialists in the field of healthcare organization and management. Recent research and publications analysis. Conceptual, terminological and practical aspects for the formation of the leadership professional competence are considered in the numerous works by foreign and domestic scientists. T. Kravtsova, K. Khomenko, M. Mruha and others considered the peculiarities of educational approaches to the formation of professional competence for medical staff. Management capital in the healthcare system was studied by V. Borsch. The information support model for the formation of the leadership professional competence in the healthcare field was proposed by L. Lishtaba. Highlighting previously unsettled parts of the general problem. Despite the significant scientific achievements of the scholars, there is still no comprehensive research, concerning the development of a universal model for the formation of the leadership professional competence in the healthcare system integrated by levels and forms of education. Paper main body. The model for the formation of the leadership professional competence in the healthcare field could be considered from the philosophical and socio-economic point of view. The philosophical aspect of the model reflects a dialectical set of forms and methods for influencing the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the leaders’ capability to act effectively and to achieve results in the healthcare management. The socio-economic aspect of the model means that it is always specified by certain socio-economic conditions of society development, the requirements of the market environment for the leadership professional qualities, and the healthcare system features. The model is implemented through a mechanism, the core of which being the state personnel policy in the healthcare field. Legal, economic and administrative methods of state influence are the means for its implementation, while educational and professional programs of postgraduate education and continuing professional development programs in the healthcare are the implementation forms. The objects of the model are organizational, legal, economic, educational, value-personal subsystems (elements) of the system of formation and development of the leadership professional competence in the healthcare field. Conclusions and perspectives for further research. Having considered the conceptual apparatus of the system of formation and development of the leadership professional competence in the healthcare field, we can form an idea of its scientific (abstract) structural and functional model. Filling each abstract element of the mechanism for the model implementation with specific content could be the next important step of scientific research.

The formation of professional competences in future healthcare professionals through the methodology of healthcare training requires the application of modern technologies in medicine. It offers the unification and standardization of its training so that it is mobile and competitive. Its competence to meet the ever-growing needs of the population for quality health care. The aim of the scientific message is to reveal and outline the role of the health care training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future healthcare professional. This requires sufficient professional training for high school students to be able to think globally, and to take responsibility for their own professional activity. Tasks of the survey : to reveal the role of the healthcare training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future health care professional; to study to what extent does the methodology motivate students to work in a real hospital environment; to determine the level of satisfaction of the students with the use of the methodology of healthcare training for the formation of professional competencies. The methods used in the survey are questionnaire, programmed interview, observation and pedagogical experiment. The subject of the survey is the formation of professional competences in students trained for medical specialists through the methodology of training in health care at the Medical University-Varna, Sliven Affiliate. The object of the survey are the process and conditions under which the methodology of training on health care forms professional competencies in the future healthcare specialists. The analysis of the results allowed the role and place of the healthcare training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future healthcare professional to be estimated. It organizes and manages the learning process. It provides active and planned learning, permitting professional and moral knowledge, skills and competencies to be acquired: personal qualities necessary for the future professional activity of each health care specialist.

The article deals with the problem of the formation of professional competence of the future engineers in the integration process of special disciplines into the agro-engineering sciences. There has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified the efficiency of methodology for the formation of professional competence of the future agro-engineers by integrating special disciplines, based on personal activity, competence, problem-integrative, contextual and system approaches. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the methodology in the process of studying agricultural mechanics, the theory of agricultural machines, machine use in the crop production and animal husbandry, etc. are determined and theoretically substantiated. The purpose of this article is the problem of the formation of sustainable professional competence of the future agricultural engineers in the integration process of natural and general technical disciplines into the special disciplines from the basic training profile. Based on the results of the research, a methodology was built, in which the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future agricultural engineers was scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified by integrating fundamental disciplines into special ones. There are determined and theoretically substantiated psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the developed models in the process of studying these disciplines. There is proved the efficiency of the developed logical models and their impact upon the components of professional competence, which is carried out by applying approaches to the assimilation of the scientific knowledge, the use of integrative learning technologies, as well as increasing the cognitive activity, motivating students to study special disciplines. The developed technologies for the formation of professional competence in the study of special disciplines in agro-engineering sciences can significantly increase the level of professional knowledge of the future engineer of agro-industrial production.

The problem of ethics is acute in the modern Ukraine.Its relevance is due to the general level of our society, the low level of social responsibility for what is done in society in all its spheres and what society does. We come across misunderstandings, disrespect for ethics all the time in the process of our lives. Higher education also does not pay due attention to the formation of professional ethics of future professionals. The relevance of the topic is due to the need of Ukrainian society for social workers with a high level of professional ethics and responsibility for performing professional duties and solving complex life problems of the social sphere, as well as updating the search for an effective pedagogical system of professional and ethical competence of future social workers. The aim of the article is a scientific reasoning and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the pedagogical system of formation of professional and ethical competence of future specialists in the social sphere to improve the quality of their professional training. The following research methods are used in the article: logical-structural analysis – to determine the essence and structure of the concept: «professional and ethical competence of future professionals in the social sphere»; structural-systematic analysis – to ensure the complexity of reasoning of the concept and structure of the pedagogical system of formation of professional and ethical competence; modeling – to develop a model for the formation of professional and ethical competence of future professionals in the social sphere; questionnaire-diagnostic methods (questionnaires, testing, interviews, diagnostics) – to establish the effectiveness of the pedagogical system of formation of professional and ethical competence of future specialists in the social sphere. As a result of our research, a pedagogical system of formation of professional and ethical competence of future social specialists was developed and experimentally tested that its effectiveness is ensured by the principles of systemic, humanistic, deontological, axiological, acmeological, personal-activity, subject-subject, competence, andragogical approaches, specific principles, pedagogical conditions and factors. It was based on the author's concept of formation of professional and ethical competence and a model aimed at the formation of moral and ethical values, professional and ethical knowledge, skills and personal-moral and professionally important qualities during training was designed. The obtained results allow us to state that the diagnosis of professional and ethical competence was carried out at the ascertaining and formative stages of the experiment, gave us the opportunity to compare the levels of professional ethics of students of the studied groups and draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the proposed author’s pedagogical system.

An urgent issue for preschool education is the training of specialists in the specialty 012 “Preschool Education” to carry out educational work in the field of art, and creativity. Modern scientific works that cover the issues of training future teachers on these issues have been studied. The article is devoted to the issues of preparing future pedagogues for leadership of artistic and creative activity in artistic labor of preschool children in pre-school establishments. It was found that the acquisition of professional competencies should take place not only through the enrichment of knowledge, skills and abilities of students from higher educational institutions but also through the improvement of their own culture. The aim of the article is to outline the features of professional preparation of future educators to guidance artistically-creative activity of children of preschool age in the process of artistic labor. In the article, some scientific research on the problem of formation of professional competence of future educators are analyzed. The peculiarities of professional training of students to the leadership of artistic and creative activity of artistic labor of preschool children are revealed in the article. The author proposes the use of modern pedagogical technologies to intensify the students’ activity in the course of studying the course “Art work and the basics of design”: educational games, master classes, mini-projects, heuristic receptions of training (“transformation”, “brain attack”, “improvement”, “Direct analogy”, “symbolic analogy”, “professional self-improvement”), receptions of creative training “Karus”: “combining”, “search analogues”, “universalization”, “suggestive questions”. The author discovered the use of various non-traditional artistic techniques that have been included in the work with preschool children recently: quilling, beading, decoupage, sculpting out of salty dough, creation of a lapbook, workshop, etc. The application of the proposed pedagogical technologies contributes to the effective training of future educators for the leadership of artistic labor in modern pre-school establishments.

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of implementing a practice-oriented approach in the training of future specialists in physical culture and sports. Scientists note that today there is a problem of the problem of finding modern technologies for applying a practice-oriented approach in the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports, who, on the basis of based on the acquired knowledge and practical skills will be able to apply them in educational and training activities. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of the practice-oriented approach in the training of specialists in physical culture and sports and to find out the opinion of teachers on the development and use of teaching methods for its implementation. Based on the analysis of the works of Ukrainian scientists, the article reveals the essence of the practice-oriented approach in the training of future specialists; it is determined that the implementation of a practice-oriented approach in the training of specialists physical culture and sports is ensured by the use of interactive technologies, contextually competent and self-regulated learning; technologies for the implementation of the practice-oriented approach are identified; the results of the study are described, conducted on the basis of a survey of teachers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University who train future specialists in physical culture and sports, in particular, the experience of teachers in the application of technologies for implementing a practice-oriented approach. As a result of the survey of teachers revealed that most often such teaching methods as case-study (case study), master classes, business games are most often used in the process of studying professionally oriented disciplines such as «Professional Activity in the Field of Physical Culture and Sports», «Professional Skills of a Coach and Teacher», «Theory and Methods of Physical Education», «Theory and Technologies of health and recreational motor activity», «Methods of teaching physical education in higher education institutions». In the process of teaching of sports and pedagogical disciplines, the most widely used are master classes, during which teachers share their practical experience in implementing teaching technologies, which contributes to the formation of practical skills and abilities of higher education students.

The problem of the formation of professional competencies of specialists in economic secu-rity is caused not only by new technologies, but also by the transformation of existing spheres of professional activity. Russian universities provide training economists in the field of Economic Security in the lack of a corresponding professional standards set offi-cially approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. Thus it updates the search for evidence-based practices that allow formation of majors' professional competen-cies based on corresponding job functions, occupational profile and adequately responding to the labor market demand. To solve it, a theoretical justification is given and an algorithm for the formation of professional competencies. The aim of the study - is to justify the link between theory and practice for implementing a competency-based approach to training economic security professionals by developing an algorithm formation of professional competencies in unity with the sequence of determin-ing indicators of their achievement based on the consistency of the provisions with the re-quirements of the labor market. The methodology and methods of the study are based on the application of the following general scientific and special research technique: gathering of empirical data, comparison, abstraction, specification, analogy. Research results provides a short summary of recommendations for ensuring the effective-ness of the indicators of professional competencies formation during university tenure based on the experiential learning and theory opportunities for students in the field of eco-nomic security to apply the needed knowledge and skills set they gain. A model has been developed for the formation of professional competencies of an economic security specialist, which provides universities with tools to determine the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of professional activity, which can be diagnosed using appropriate indicators.

This article discusses some features of the process of forming professional competencies based on the planning, organization and management of independent work of students. The author reveals the experience of working on the formation and development of professional competencies in new conditions. At the same time, the main emphasis is on the creative work and motivation of the student. Independent work of a student is an integral part of the training of qualified specialists in higher educational institutions. A feature of modern professional training of students is the predominant nature of individual and independent work. The materials of the article and its conclusions can be useful for students, teachers, postgraduates and researchers interested in the problems of the formation of professional competence and independent work of correspondence students.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the process of forming professionally significant competencies in the training of future international affairs specialists and to the analysis of how the resource of digital technologies used in the process of independent work influences the formation of professional and personal competencies. This problem is revealed using the example of the Chinese language.
 Methodology. Fundamental to the research is a systematic approach; main theoretical research methods are analysis, synthesis, deduction
 Results. The article substantiates the role of independent work in the formation of professional competencies. The study allows us to draw conclusions about the need to use digital technologies in the process of independent work in order to develop the professional competencies of students. The author offers a number of educational resources that allow you to effectively integrate digital technologies into the independent work of international relations students, taking into account the specifics of Chinese language.
 Practical implications. The results can be used in the practice of teaching international specialists, especially studying Chinese.

The economic development of Ukraine and Poland is possible under conditions that foster the establishment of new research-based and industrial structures, job creation, increased efficiency and profitability of enterprises, and the optimal use of financial, labor, and material resources. The implementation of these processes can be ensured by a new generation of computer science specialists who possess innovative thinking and are familiar with production technologies and marketbased management methods. At the present stage, higher education institutions face new requirements in training such specialists, taking into account both international standards and national approaches to professional readiness. Consequently, the modernization of educational technologies and the acquisition of leadership competencies in the training of computer science specialists become increasingly relevant. Professional leadership competencies significantly contribute to the formation of a company’s business reputation (goodwill), ensuring additional growth in profits and capitalization. Under modern conditions, the effective organization of processes for developing professional leadership competencies requires the use of information technologies that enhance adaptability and improve the efficiency of managing information flows related to the development, adaptation, and assessment of educational materials. The application of information technologies in internal human resource management substantially increases labor productivity at all management levels of vertically integrated enterprises. At the same time, an analysis of existing approaches to the formation of professional leadership competencies in industrial enterprises engaged in innovation management reveals that the role of modern information technologies as tools for improving training efficiency, knowledge assessment, internal talent pool formation, and goodwill growth remains insufficiently explored. The purpose of this study is to develop informatization tools for the formation of professional leadership competencies in innovative activities of vertically integrated industrial companies, based on automated knowledge transfer, consideration of a three-level management structure, and the evaluation of implementation effectiveness through goodwill-based indicators, taking into account the specific features of particular industrial sectors.

Relevance. Improving the quality of medical training of future doctors takes place on the basis of the introduction of innovative forms of education, namely, a competency-based approach to the educational process, which ensures the formation of students' competencies and competency levels of graduates of higher medical educational institutions. Today, the main task of higher medical education is the implementation of a competence approach in the professional training of future specialists, which consists not only in the formation of professional knowledge and skills, but also in the training of a modern, motivated, competent doctor who is deeply aware of his crucial role in society. The main components of professional competence are the ability to obtain and use knowledge with the help of clinical thinking, the combination of theoretical knowledge with the possibility of their application in everyday practice. Distance learning provided an opportunity to learn new learning opportunities, communicate and study at a distance. This sets requirements for the organization of the educational process of students, which ensures the formation of professional competencies of students, especially taking into account the student-centered direction of study.The goal of the work. To analyze the formation of professional competence among medical students based on the teaching of the elective subject "Current issues of cardiology" in the conditions of distance learning.Materials and methods. In the process of study this selective discipline, such teaching methods as explanatory-illustrative (informational-receptive), which is aimed at conveying information in various ways, especially with the use of modern technological teaching aids; reproductive, the essence of which consists in the master's reproduction of acquired knowledge in a specific methodical sequence according to etiopathogenetic ideas; problem statement - simulation of clinical history and finding its solution from the focus of knowledge of the main disciplines and pathologies of the cardiovascular system; heuristic method – an approach to learning, in which some parts of the clinical situation are determined in advance, and masters complete, objectify and solve the raised problematic questions; exploratory - the implementation of tasks that require a creative approach and increased systematic study are used.The results. In the conditions of distance learning, due to the inability of the student to study in the clinic and acquire practical skills at the bedside and in the training centers of the department, such teaching methods as the case method and simulation training made it possible to develop clinical thinking, vision of the problem and its solution using the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge .Conclusions. Improving the system of professional training of new generation medical specialists requires improvement of professional competence, a high level of professional skills, which will certainly lead to relentless adaptation to the medical environment in the future. The development of professional competence is a phenomenon characterized by many factors that affect the further development of a person as a professional, and the value sphere is the basis of a person's professional competence.

Reforming the system of educational institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Ukraine is aimed at forming the professional competence of a new generation of future fire safety and civil defense specialists using innovative training technologies capable of effectively performing assigned tasks.
 Currently, the problem of forming the modern content of departmental education, implementing effective innovative learning technologies and creating a favorable environment for mastering the latest professional competence in the training of future fire safety and civil protection specialists is being actualized.
 The most important task of the educational system today is the formation of a new approach in which the following needs are expressed: active cognitive activity of those who are taught, partnership relations between teachers and those who are taught, an individual approach to learning - revealing the cognitive potential of an individual through the use of reserves laid down by nature.
 The problem of formation of professional competence of future specialists (from the standpoint of its continuity) in any field is in the field of view of many sciences.
 Of particular importance today is the development of the professional and pedagogical competence of the teachers of departmental educational institutions, which train future fire safety and civil defense specialists with the introduction of innovative learning technologies.
 A modern teacher of a departmental educational institution needs flexibility and non-standard thinking, the ability to adapt to rapid changes in life, the ability to creatively approach the organization of the educational process and achieve high work results. An important condition for intellectual and professional improvement is the mastery of motivational, technological, methodical, psychological-pedagogical, intellectual and communicative competences.
 Participation in master classes and professional trainings contribute to increasing the level of professional and pedagogical competence; updating the content of advanced training and internship; improvement of methodical competence in the inter-course period; participation in competitions of professional skills; mastering information and telecommunication technologies.
 The article, based on a theoretical study, scientifically substantiates the need for the formation of professional competence in the application of innovative learning technologies in the preparation of future fire safety and civil defense specialists using innovative learning technologies.

The article is based on the systematization of scientific and pedagogical works related to the professional training of maritime professionals in the Google Scholar Scientific Search System and the electronic catalogs of the National Library of Ukraine. Author submitted his quantitative and qualitative analysis. The dissertation researches of modern Ukrainian scientists, in particular Barsuk S.L., Voloshinov S.A., Gerganov L.D., Dobroshtan O.O., Kozak S.V., Litvinenko I.Y., Osadcha K.P., Primina N.M., Sokol I.V., Spichak T.S., Frolova O.O. are analyzed in detail. Thus, based on scientific activity, which has been documented in different time periods, there has been an increase in research on the professional training of maritime professionals and in particular ship navigators. The following aspects of studying the problem of professional training of specialists in the marine industry in the scientific and pedagogical theory have been identified: formation of foreign language competence (Barsuk S.L., Kozak S.V., Litvinenko I.Y., Primina N.M.), formation of professional competence (Gerganov L.D., Sokol I.V.), algorithmic training (Voloshinov S.A.), mathematics teaching (Spichak T.S., Dobroshtan O.O.), formation of socio-cultural competence (Frolova O.O.), training for profession-oriented communication (Smelikova V.B.). In the work it is noted that the dissertation research aspects in the formation of foreign language communicative competence of maritime specialists are based on the requirements of the international maritime industry documents, especially the professional activity in multinational environment and increasing competition in the global labor market. The study also points out that the formation of the same professional competence of navy professionals is theoretically and experimentally tested by structural models in the process of study of professional disciplines and production. It is noted that the study of mathematics by future maritime specialists should be built on the model of a methodological system for the implementation of cross-curricular links. Further searches are seen in the study of the analysis of practical experience of professional training of marine industry in Ukraine.
