Abstract

In the presented material, the author raises the question of the role of ethnocultural factors in composition with socio-economic determinants as influential the adaptive potential of individuals/groups in the conditions of coursing political discourse about the multinational nature of Russia and extra rise of great challenges. In a multiethnic environment with state support for ethno-cultural diversity, the need for ethno-cultural resources among different groups of peoples is growing, but their level of support is varying and vary. Based on the materials of sociological research, the interrelation of ethnic resources, psychological state and assessment of satisfaction with social reality in the conditions of the pandemic and the polyethnic specifics of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is traced.
