Abstract

The article proves that in order to improve the efficiency of technical intelligence and the organization of recovery in general, it is necessary to determine the technical condition of weapons and military equipment in the shortest possible time. The conducted analysis showed that an important indicator of technical intelligence is the time to search for damaged armored vehicles and determine their condition. Reducing the time to search for damaged armored vehicles will increase the effectiveness of technical reconnaissance. The purpose of the article is to improve the method of increasing the efficiency of technical intelligence, which is carried out by the technical units of the National Guard of Ukraine grouping by using unmanned aerial vehicles to search for out-of-order (damaged) armored vehicles, recognition of damaged equipment is carried out by technical vision methods. It was determined that the increase in the rapidity and scale of modern combat operations imposes requirements on the technical state system, which according to the existing capabilities does not fully meet these requirements, namely in terms of the efficiency of the execution of a growing number of tasks. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles in order to reduce the time to search for damaged armored vehicles will allow to reduce the time for prompt decision-making on the evacuation of one or another damaged sample of weapons and military equipment, reduce the cost of fuel and lubricants for the performance of tasks, and increase the safety of evacuation groups. The use of pattern recognition methods to detect the degree of damage to weapons and military equipment will reduce the time for evacuation and the time for making an evacuation decision. It has been proven that the issue of pattern recognition of weapons and military equipment for conducting reconnaissance, evacuation of damaged armored vehicles, inflicting fire damage on enemy equipment has prospects for development, and testing of robotic military systems on the battlefield is already a reality today. The directions of further scientific research will be aimed at studying issues of improving the information and analytical support for the movement of wheeled combat vehicles of the National Guard of Ukraine for the performance of assigned tasks by units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine.
