Abstract

This paper presents the first attempt to study the disciplinary penalties imposed on court officials in the communication space of Yakutsk District Court at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. The author has found that, disciplinary penalties served as a lever of influence on court officials and played a significant part in the communication space of the Yakutsk District Court.
