Abstract

There is currently insufficient evidence in the literature on the implantation of a deep focus IOL in patients with retinal detachment during cataract surgery or second-stage cataract surgery. In the course of the study, it was found that visual acuity at distance and near in patients operated on for retinal detachment, cataracts with implantation of intraocular lenses with deep focus is lower than visual acuity at the same distances in patients operated on for cataracts with EDOF IOL implantation, and the degree of satisfaction and the presence of optical phenomena are almost identical. Keywords: retinal detachment, deep focus IOL.
