Abstract

Subsea hydrocarbon production is becoming one of the most prioritized types of field development on the Russian shelf. Due to the short navigation period, access to subsea equipment is difficult. Thus, the inspection system is a key process in the life cycle of subsea equipment due to the increased production hazard of offshore fields. The paper considers the peculiarities of application of subsea production units inspection methodology based on risk analysis in the water area of the freezing sea.
