Abstract

The article deals with the problems of interaction between students, students and teachers during the educational process, building a conflict-free relationship. The task of pedagogical activity is a purposeful work on learning, development and socialization ofpersonality, transfer of cultural experience. For this purpose, the most favourable socio-psychological conditions should be created. To this end, possible ways of overcoming contradictions and tensions are explored.
