Abstract

This article discusses the technical aspects of the problem-optimization positioning down-transformer substation in urban low voltage network, taking into account regional geographic and economic factors. As a tool to solve this problem, proposed use of the geoinformation technologies tools. With the upgraded target function unit costs generated matrix of unit costs is a matrix of weights for the algorithms for constructing the matrix of geodesic distances of individual loads in this area. Minimum cumulative matrix of geodesic distances consisting of matrices of geodesic distances for individual loads is taken as the optimum location of the transformer substation in technical and economic terms.
