Abstract

The article highlights the main methodological aspects of the development of tourism and recreational sectors of our economy. At the heart of the formation and further development of the institutional environment of the tourism and recreation industries are the basic traditions of society. They are related to the need to ensure the development of the community in biological, social, and economic aspects. The formal (formalized) institutions include the following: state institute in the tourism and recreation sphere, law institute in the tourism and recreation sphere (tourism and recreation sphere, institute of communities in the tourism and recreation sphere, property institute in the tourism and recreation sphere, institute of international relations relations in the tourism and recreation sphere during globalization. Analyzing the problems and prospects of institutional support of the tourist and recreational sphere of Ukraine for the intensification of digitalization and European integration conditions, it is necessary to note the important place of state institutions (statehood), law, property, communities, international relations, etc. The fundamental mechanisms of the competitiveness management system of the organizational and institutional means of formation are characterized. and implementation of economic programs to develop tourism and recreation in the context of European integration. The article gives a brief description of formal (formalized) institutions. The key tasks of the state policy in tourism and recreation are analyzed. The task of the domestic tourist and recreational infrastructure should be implementing tourist and recreational services, promoting the complex reproduction of health, strength, and mood of man in the realization of his personal and social needs in recreation and tourism through various tourist and recreational services (products). The organizational and institutional mechanism for the formation of programs for the development of the tourist and recreational sphere of Ukraine with the intensification of European integration conditions has been developed and improved.
