Abstract

This article discusses the application of Edwards Deming's quality management philosophy at an enterprise that implements the energy supply of apartment buildings, streets and cottage settlements (Energostroy MSK LLC). The analysis of financial and economic activity and the analysis of business activity of LLC "Energostroy MSK" is carried out. The paper describes the stages of the Deming cycle, the advantages of using the PDCA approach to improvement, as well as an industry example of how it can be applied at the Energostroy MSK LLC enterprise, and some recommendations for the successful use of the method to improve business processes. An integral indicator of the effectiveness of the application of Edwards Deming's philosophy of quality management, says that in the period under study there is an increase in all profitability coefficients, which indicates an increase in the efficiency of the use of funds attracted for financial and economic activities.
