Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of methods of working and memorizing voluminous texts. The data obtained allow to draw conclusions about the relations between thinking and visualization. The results of the study can be used by teachers and other educational specialists interested in the problems of improving the effectiveness of teaching certain subjects. Based on the results obtained, conclusions were drawn about the importance of developing visualization skills for reading and listening texts.
