Abstract

The article discusses the original design of a contact device - a centrifugal plate for heat and mass transfer processes, which implements the idea of gas-liquid interaction in a swirling gas flow and further separationof liquid from gas using centrifugal force. Numerous tests of centrifugal trays have confirmed their high efficiency, providing the lowest reduced costs and, accordingly, the maximum economic effect when used in pressurized fractionation plants.
