Abstract

The author pays attention to the organizational aspects of the service of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, based on a narrow functionally oriented, individually developed job regulations (job description). This document is necessary to improve the quality of the duties performed, as well as for a clear understanding of the employee's job functions. The article draws attention to the fact that simultaneously with the conclusion of the service contract, an official regulation (job description) is signed, which defines the procedure for appointment to the position, the specifics of the service day, the necessary knowledge, qualification requirements, rights, duties, responsibilities and other significant issues that determine the service. On the example of court proceedings, the meaning of the official regulations (job description) is revealed. For non-performance or improper performance of their functional duties, after conducting official inspections in relation to unscrupulous employees, they are dismissed from the service.
