فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الوسائط الفائقة في تنمية مهارات استخدام بيئات التعلم الالکتروني لدى طلاب کلية التربية واتجاهاتهم نحوها

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الوسائط الفائقة في تنمية مهارات استخدام بيئات التعلم الالکتروني لدى طلاب کلية التربية واتجاهاتهم نحوها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي من خلال تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والاختيار البعدي One Group posttest Design. وقام الباحث ببناء اختبار تحصيلي في الجوانب المعرفية لاستخدام البلاک بورد مکون من (40) فقرة وفق مستويات بلوم (التذکر، الفهم، التطبيق) بالإضافة الى إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات استخدام نظام البلاک بورد لدى طلاب کلية التربية والتي تکونت من (30) مفردة موزعة على أربعة محاور رئيسية , کما تم إعداد مقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام البلاک بورد لطلاب کلية التربيةوالذي تکون من (25) مفردة ؛ وقد تم التحقق من صحة ادوات الدراسة من خلال إجراء معاملات الصدق والثبات ومعاملات الارتباط والتي أظهرت جميعها صلاحية الأدوات للتطبيق على عينة الدراسة. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الوسائط الفائقة في تنمية مهارات استخدام نظام البلاک بورد لطلاب کلية التربية, کما أظهرت النتائج اتجاهات ايجابية لعينة الدراسة نحو استخدام نظام البلاک بورد. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of hypermedia-based training program to develop the skills to use e-learning environments to the students of the Faculty of Education and attitudes towards it. I have been using Semi -experimental approach through the pre-test with one group posttest design and selection One Group posttest Design. And the researcher built achievement test in the cognitive aspects of the use of Blackboard consists of 40 items, according to Bloom levels (remembering, understanding, application) in addition to the preparation of the note card to use Blackboard to the students of the Faculty of Education skills, which consisted of (30) Single distributed four main themes, was also prepared direction scale towards the use of Blackboard for students of the Faculty of Education, which consisted of (25) Single; has been validated study tools through a validity and reliability coefficients correlation coefficients, all of which showed the validity of the tools for application to the study sample. Results of the study have Concluded to the effectiveness of the training program based hypermedia system in the development of the use of Blackboard for students of College of Education, Skills, and the results showed positive trends for the sample of the study about the using of Blackboard
